EMILY FORSTER,

About Me

Emily has called Lake Country home since 2019. She earned her Massage Therapy diploma from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2022.

​

Emily blends a variety of therapeutic techniques to create personalized treatments tailored to her clients' unique goals. Her approach includes myofascial therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, Swedish massage, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

​

Outside of her practice, Emily enjoys yoga, furniture flipping, traveling, and hiking with her dogs.

About Me

Jack moved from the UK to Canada in 2019 and is currently completing his studies in Massage Therapy. Passionate about health and wellness, Jack takes a client-centered approach, focusing on relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

 

Jack incorporates a variety of techniques into his treatments, such as Swedish massage and relaxation-focused modalities. He aims to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients can unwind, recharge, and reconnect with their bodies.

 

Outside of his studies and massage practice, Jack enjoys playing golf and making the most of the outdoors. His active lifestyle and appreciation for movement inform his understanding of the body and support his commitment to helping others feel their best.

WELLNESS MASSAGE

Not Billable to Insurance

Wellness massage treatments are provided by a highly trained student massage therapist currently completing their education at an accredited College of Massage Therapy in British Columbia. While not yet registered, the therapist has extensive hands-on experience and is well-versed in a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue and relaxation massage.

 

Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual, with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and personalized care.

 

Please note: These treatments are not eligible for insurance reimbursement but are offered at a reduced rate.

MODALITIES

Modalities refers to the different techniques used to meet your goals of treatment. Using different techniques such as neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial release (MFR), general Swedish massage, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), Trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage and joint mobilizations.
