60 Minute Massage | $135
A personalized 60-minute massage tailored to your individual needs and goals. Your treatment may include a combination of relaxation techniques, therapeutic work, and focused attention to areas of tension or discomfort to help reduce stress, relieve muscle tightness, and support overall wellness.
45 Minute Massage | $105
A personalized 45-minute massage tailored to your individual needs. This treatment is ideal for focused work on one or two areas of tension or discomfort and may include a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help relieve muscle tightness, reduce stress, and support overall wellness.
Kids Massage
A gentle and supportive massage treatment designed for children ages 5–12. The initial visit focuses on helping your child feel comfortable, building trust, and getting to know their individual needs before beginning treatment. Parents or guardians are required to remain in the treatment room for the duration of the appointment.

1 Hour Wellness Massage
60 Minute: $80
If this is your first visit, please book an Initial Assessment appointment. This 60-minute session begins with a comprehensive health history review and discussion of your treatment goals before moving into hands-on massage therapy.
Treatments may incorporate a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage and relaxation-focused modalities, tailored to your comfort level and individual needs. The focus is on creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients can relax, recharge, and reconnect with their bodies while supporting overall wellness and stress relief.
