REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY WITH EMILY FORSTER
About Me:
Emily Forster is a Registered Massage Therapist based in the heart of Lake Country, BC. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in July 2022 and successfully completed her three-part registration exams in November 2022.

Emily’s path to massage therapy was inspired by her own experiences with athletic rehabilitation. Over the years, she has worked closely with a dedicated team of Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and Physiotherapists, gaining a deep appreciation for the importance of addressing aches and pains early to maintain an active lifestyle. This experience fueled her passion for understanding the human body and the profound benefits of massage therapy.

As a Massage Therapist, Emily is committed to providing individualized care. Each session begins with a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of discomfort, followed by the use of targeted treatment techniques designed to meet each client’s specific needs. Her goal is to help clients restore function, relieve pain, and support long-term well-being.

After each treatment, clients receive a personalized self-care plan that may include stretching, strengthening exercises, or stress management strategies—empowering them to extend the benefits of their sessions and continue progressing toward their wellness goals.

Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys time with her husband and their dog, biking, spinning, and traveling.
